I know what it is like to have a child with an allergy. When I stopped breastfeeding my daughter Jade she had a complete intolerance to all dairy (which included yogurts, cheese and even chocolate). Thankfully however, when she reached five years of age she grew out of it and we slowly started reintroducing foods.
I am not a nutritionalist and so cannot give out information on allergins. However, I do recommend if anyone in your family suffers from a dairy, egg, gluten, nut or shellfish intolerance then it is advised to have your baby tested prior to giving them these foods.
As for my recipes. I have been asked by many people to give substitutions for egg, gluten and dairy and I will try my very best to add these where I can. I will also ensure I have tried and tested them in my own kitchen too.
