My philosophy is that baby led weaning should be delicious, healthy and fun. I love the fact that baby led weaning lends itself to eating together, as a family and where possible I look for meals that suit everyone in the family, no matter their age. Dinner time can be particularly tough, trying to come up with new and nutritious options that satisfy hungry tummies, 7 days a week is not easy, believe me I know.
