The Dunnes Stores Baby Event with Baby Led Feeding
Healthy eating for me starts right from the very first bite when your little baby is sitting up unaided and ready to start tasting delicious solid food. None of the mush here, just soft, easy to manage, healthy foods that your baby feeds him or herself. When you are this passionate about children eating healthy food you can imagine how exciting it was for me when Ireland’s biggest retailer Dunnes Stores asked me to work on creating healthy recipes for their Baby & Toddler Event.
It was really important to me that these recipes not only help busy parents but also will help encourage your children and family into eating more vegetables in a fun and positive way. The recipes all had to be easy to cook, easy to purchase ingredients all in the one place, inexpensive and of course, taste delicious.
So, with these factors in mind, my toddler Oscar and I set off to our local Dunnes Stores in The Pavilions in Swords with our shopping list (which you can download below).
