Makes 24 Cookies

Dry Ingredients Jar
2 cups oats
1 cup flour (use plain or wholemeal)
1/2 cup (150g) dried cranberries
1/3 cup (75)g macadamia nuts
2tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger

Wet Ingredients Mini-Jar
4 tablespoons maple syrup
90ml olive oil

When Baking Add
2 eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter

Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes.

How cute are these gorgeous little Christmas Trees 🎄🎄🎄 This is the perfect finger food for your baby or toddler. It’s quick, easy, DELICIOUS and makes the perfect baby snack!

👉 Christmas trees are made using bread cut into little 🎄 Spread with a little smashed avocado 🥑 and then decorate with finely chopped peppers 🫑 and a little cut out cheddar cheese star ⭐️ It couldn’t be easier!

👉 You can also add a little pretzel stick for a base if you are serving to toddlers and older kids.

👶🏻 This recipe is perfect for babies from 6 months (just leave out the pretzel and use roasted peppers or finely chopped tomatoes)
📚 For lunchboxes add a splash of orange or lime juice to the avocado to stop it from browning.
🥑 Add a little chopped coriander and black pepper to the smashed avocado to give it even more flavour.
❄️ Blend the leftover bread into crumbs and freeze! It’s super as a coating on meat, fish or even tofu! Don’t waste it!

Sliced bananas, top with a little dollop of nut/seed butter, then drizzle over chocolate. Freeze until solid. I store these in the freezer and let them defrost slightly before serving so the banana is not hard. Great for toddlers and as an after-school snack idea too!⁠
