10 Minute Blackberry Protein Balls No Bake
This No-Bake Energy Bites recipe is so easy to make and packed full of amazing ingredients. They are a really good snack recipe for kids and great for an afternoon healthy snack for a boost of energy.

These are one of the best toddler snacks. Basically, they’re no bake cookies packed with goodness. The oats provide protein and fiber, as well as being a source of thiamine, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. The chickpeas bring in more protein and fiber as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Lemon adds a dash of vitamin C, coconut brings healthy fats, and the blackberries and açai powder are antioxidants warriors. All of it combines for a great immune system boost.

This healthy recipe will ensure your little ones are getting the most amount of nutrients to tackle anything that comes their way. For this healthy treat recipe I used Vivio Junior Multivitamin tonic is also a great way to support a healthy diet too. It contains 12 vitamins, zinc and iodine and is suitable from 1 year+ to support their immunity, growth and development. If you don’t have this in your area, you can add a kid friendly tonic from your local health store.
Toss together oats, chickpeas, and coconut in a food processor. Add coconut oil, lemon, maple syrup, and açai powder. Mix in blackberries and roll the dough into balls. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve!

10 Minute Blackberry Protein Balls No Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup 100g Oats
- 2 cups 100g Chickpeas
25g
1/2 cup desiccated coconut4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
Juice 1/2 lemon
2 tsp açai powder
125g
2 cups blackberries
Method
- Place the oats, chickpeas and coconut to a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon and açai powder then process until fully combined.
- Add the blackberries to the food processor and blend until the mixture turns purple. If it is too wet at this stage stir in a little extra desiccated coconut.
- Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture. Roll into balls, then dip in a a little extra coconut.
- Refridgerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
