Ingredients to make naturally sweetened cheesecake jars:
- Oats- These are the base of the granola mixture, you can also use gluten-free oats if you choose.
- Sunflower Seeds- Sunflower seeds add flavour and texture to the granola and are a great source of nutrients like vitamin E and magnese.
- Desiccated Coconut- Make sure it is desiccated and not shredded when serving to babies.
- Marscapone or Cream Cheese- These two soft cheeses are interchangeable in this recipe.
- Plain Greek Yoghurt- A great source of protein!
- Banana- This is the main sweetening ingredient in this naturally sweetened dessert for toddlers and babies!
- Diced Strawberries- You can top this treat with diced strawberries or another softer diced fruit like mango, peaches, or raspberries!

How to make strawberry cheesecake jars:
First, you’ll want to make the granola in your oven. This takes about 12-15 minutes and should be cooled completely before adding it to the jar. This step can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container. Second, make the creamy mixture using the banana, mascarpone cheese, and Greek yoghurt. Finally, you will assemble the cheesecake treat by adding the cooled granola to a jar and topping it with the cream mixture and diced strawberries! Serve chilled.
