Grilled Peaches with Marscapone Ice Cream
This delicious and dreamy grilled peaches and marscapone ice cream recipe makes for a wonderful autumn treat. The peach season is just coming to a close so this quick and simple ice cream recipe is a great way to use them up in such a fun way! Peaches are one of my favorite fruits and this dessert highlights them on another level. They are also a perfect baby led weening food since they are so soft and easy to handle by little ones.
Healthy Ice Cream??? Who Knew?!
With Halloween just around the corner, with that comes lots and lots of candy and sugar! This dessert recipe is a healthy treat for the kiddos that will still have them wanting more of it, but not add to the unhealthy sugar high. This recipe is so simple to make and only needs seven (or eight) ingredients! I find that so many people are under the impression that homemade ice cream is tough to make, but that’s just not the case! This ice cream is made by using a base of marscapone cheese and Greek yogurt. It’s so creamy because of the marscapone that it almost has the same taste and texture as a cheesecake!
The grilled peaches and, of course, the marscapone ice cream are really soft and great for baby led weaning. This fall dessert is so good the entire family will love it too!
