There is so much conflicting advice when it comes to health and diet and as a Mum (and not a nutritionist) it can be sometimes hard to keep up. However, the one thing that remains consistent and is agreed by everyone, is that eating more vegetables can help to improve both our health and well-being. It can be a tough challenge for the New Year but even adding one more serving a day will make all the difference to your little ones.

Don’t let the colour of this soup put the little ones off. We call it ‘Souper’ Hero soup and it is the fuel for little spider boys! This soup is jam packed with veggies and is so deliciously creamy that children will love it! I promise!

This recipe is perfect for a quick mid-week meal as you can have it on the table in just 15 minutes! It’s a lovely simple recipe that’s perfect for cooking with kids – younger children can mix and spread the sauce and scatter the toppings, and older children can help prepare the toppings too.

Super Veggie Loaded Pasta
Pasta sauce has always been a huge favourite in our house and Oscar has been no exception to this. We could literally give this to him every day and it is wolfed up in no time. The sauce is filled with tasty soft grilled vegetables and then blended making it really easy for smaller babies to eat, along with the garlic gives it a really yummy flavour.
