Ultimate List of Baby Led Weaning Mini Muffins

Ultimate List of Healthy Mini Muffins

Mini muffins are the perfect size for little hands and the most ideal food to start your baby weaning journey. These were one of the very first foods I ever fed to Oscar (my little munchkin) when he was only 6 months old. I absolutely love muffins for baby led weaning breakfast (or lunch or snack or dinner or anytime). They offer an ideal, simple base for almost any food you’d like to introduce to your little one’s diet, and they’re a perfectly sized, healthy finger food that allows tiny hands to eagerly explore mealtime.

Mini muffins are a brilliant freezer food idea, you can make ahead and just defrost as needed. Each little muffin is a perfect portion for a baby and a couple of them are an ideal toddler snack on the go. With each batch making around 24 mini muffins these are easy batch cook and stock up for when you need a quick and easy snack solution. I love how diverse mini muffins are, as you’ll see from my round up of recipes below, there are loads of options for both sweet and savoury ideas.
So check out my round up of 25 delicious baby led weaning muffins and let us know which is your new favourite.
