There is so much conflicting advice when it comes to health and diet and as a Mum (and not a nutritionist) it can be sometimes hard to keep up. However, the one thing that remains consistent and is agreed by everyone, is that eating more vegetables can help to improve both our health and well-being. It can be a tough challenge for the New Year but even adding one more serving a day will make all the difference to your little ones.<\/p>\n

Don’t let the colour of this soup put the little ones off. We call it ‘Souper’ Hero soup and it is the fuel for little spider boys! This soup is jam packed with veggies and is so deliciously creamy that children will love it! I promise!<\/p>\n

Spinach is one of my favourite vegetables and is so great for your little ones diet. Its literally packed with vitamin A and K and is also a great source of vitamin C. They aren\u2019t dry or tasteless like so many I have tried over the years, and they have a firm texture which makes it easy for little ones to manage.
