All week I have been trying to figure out what I could do with my multitude of stewed apples. Theres only so much room in my freezer and already there are 15 bags of sauce in there. It wasn\u2019t until I was in the supermarket yesterday that I saw the dried fruit winders and had an idea to make my own sugar free healthy version.<\/p>\n

I made two versions in two separate medium sized baking trays. In the first I just put apple sauce and in the second I added 2 medjoool dates and a 1\/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. They both turned out fab and everything photographed is now eaten by all the kids currently playing in my front garden smile emoticon (and the rest have been devoured by me \ud83d\ude42 They are easy for little babies to suck on and are the best way ever of getting kids to eat apples.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
