Pre-heat oven to 160ºC.
Add the flour, baking powder, garlic granules and parsley leaves to a bowl and stir.
Make a well in the centre, then add the egg, milk and olive oil. Stir well until it forms a thick, smooth batter.
Cut the goat cheese into small squares, finely dice the broccoli and fold them both into the batter.
Divide the mixture into a mini muffin tin (I got 30 mini muffins from the mix).
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold
