- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower until it resembles rice. You can do this with a knife or quickly using a food processor.
Add to a large mixing bowl along with the oat flour, garlic powder, eggs and cheese, then stir well until fully combined.
Use a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon measure to divide the mixture onto a lightly oiled tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the nuggets are golden around the edges and set fully.
Serve warm or cold.
