Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and stir well, then mix in the oil, maple syrup and milk and stir until the dough is fully combined.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls, then press down to form a cookie.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool fully.
To make the reindeer cookies, break the pretzels in half, dip a little into the melted chocolate and add to the top of both cookies.
Add 3 dots of melted chocolate for the eyes and nose, then place the chocolate eyes or googly eyes and a raspberry nose on the reindeer.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
