You are going to LOVE these Reindeer Healthy Cookies with Oats. They are so simple to make and are really low in sugar, plus they are pretty delicious and beyond cute too.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and stir well, then mix in the oil, maple syrup and milk and stir until the dough is fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls, then press down to form a cookie.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool fully.
  • To make the reindeer cookies, break the pretzels in half, dip a little into the melted chocolate and add to the top of both cookies.
  • Add 3 dots of melted chocolate for the eyes and nose, then place the chocolate eyes or googly eyes and a raspberry nose on the reindeer.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.
