Try this healthy baby friendly strawberry crumble if you're just starting baby led weaning. Kids and mums and dads alike will enjoy this treat!
Ingredients

1 + 1/2 cups Oats

1/3 cup melted butter (or coconut oil for vegan)

Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Add all of the crumble ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until they are fully combined.
Lightly oil the ramekins or pie dish with a little butter.
Hull the strawberries then cut in half, then fill the ramekins and pie dish 3/4 ways up.
Divide the crumble mixture over the top of the ramekins and pie dish until the strawberries are covered.
Bake for 30 minutes until the crumble is golden and the strawberries are bubbling around the sides.
Serve with a good dollop of Greek Yogurt (or ice cream for a weekend treat), then scatter over the mint leaves.
