Peel and finely dice onions, then add to a large pot along with the rapeseed oil
Fry until they become translucent, then crush in the garlic and cook for a further minute
Empty the mixture into a slow cooker along with the spices, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes, vegetables, and beans, then cover with a lid and cook for 4 hours
If you are not using a slow cooker, use a large pot and simmer for 40 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the sauce is thick

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry an egg until cooked

Spread the chilli on top of the wrap then add the fried egg
