These no yeast breadrolls use only 2 ingredients flour & yogurt. A healthy bread recipe for baby led weaning & a yummy dinner roll recipe for Easter too!
Ingredients

equal measure of self raising flour and yogurt.
I used 1 cup of self raising flour
or 1 cup plain flour + 2tsp baking powder
1
cup
of yogurt
Egg wash

Method
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
Mix self-raising flour and yogurt in a bowl until it forms a dough.
Empty onto a floured surface and bring together.
Cut into even-sized pieces and roll into small mini loaves
Brush a little egg wash on top (if using).
Bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden.Serve cold or warm.

Recipe Notes & Tips
Quadruple the recipe and make lots of these for the freezer! Freeze after baking, then thaw out as needed.
