Add the oats, baking powder and banana to the blender.
Pour in the milk, butter or coconut oil and eggs, then blend until it turns into a smooth creamy mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add a small amount of butter, then pour some batter onto the pan and cook until the top starts to bubble. Then flip over and cook until both sides are golden.
To serve, add a dollop of natural yoghurt to the top, add the fruit and if using drizzle over a little maple syrup.

Recipe Notes & Tips
Freeze pancakes with a little parchment paper in between each one to prevent sticking. When you want to use one just take it directly from the freezer and defrost in a toaster!
