Cut the chicken breasts roughly into chunks, then place onto a pan along with the spices, pepper and rapeseed oil.
Turn the heat on and stir well until the chicken is fully coated and crispy on the outside, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Make the skewers by adding a piece of chicken, a leave of lettuce, half a cherry tomato, a piece of avocado and egg, then repeat.
Repeat until the ingredients have all been used.
To make the sauce, pour the yogurt in a bowl, mash the soft goat cheese and stir well until it is smooth and creamy.
Drizzle over the sauce to serve.
