One of the easiest ways to make food fun for kids is to put food on a stick! This traditional Cobb salad recipe is excellent for back to school lunches.

Method

  • Cut the chicken breasts roughly into chunks, then place onto a pan along with the spices, pepper and rapeseed oil.
  • Turn the heat on and stir well until the chicken is fully coated and crispy on the outside, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Make the skewers by adding a piece of chicken, a leave of lettuce, half a cherry tomato, a piece of avocado and egg, then repeat.
  • Repeat until the ingredients have all been used.
  • To make the sauce, pour the yogurt in a bowl, mash the soft goat cheese and stir well until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle over the sauce to serve.
