This healthy treat is one of the easiest baby led weaning recipe ever! Vegan and dairy free option and as always refined sugar free!
Ingredients
400
ml
full fat tin coconut milk
1
ripe avocado
1
banana
or 2 small bananas
1
heaped tablespoon cocoa powder
1
banana
200
ml
Greek yogurt
substitute vegan yogurt for vegan/dairy free
½
tsp
cocoa powder
Method
Add coconut milk, avocado, banana and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until it turns really smooth and creamy.
Divide the chocolate mixture into small jars filling them three quarter way up.
In a separate bowl mash the banana, then stir in the yogurt.
Spoon the yogurt on top of the chocolate to fill up the jars.
Top with a little extra cocoa powder and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
