This easy healthy smoothie makes a quick breakfast or easy snack and is an excellent way to hide veggies from your picky eater!

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve cold immediately or freeze into ice pops.

Recipe Notes & Tips

Smoothies make amazing ice pops (ice lollys) for teething little babies. They are great for cooling down those baby gums and will get a good amount of goodness in when they are off their food. A good reason to make a huge batch and freeze :)
