Bring a large pot of water to the boil, then add the spaghetti. Reduce the heat to a simmer for 12 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain and leave aside until ready to use.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan then gently fry the garlic for about a minute.
Add the flour into the pan and stir well. Keep stirring for about 30 seconds then slowly whisk in the milk until the sauce is lovely and thick, then add the cream and stir well.
Slice the broccoli stems and add to the pan, stir well and cook until they start to turn tender.
Add the seafood mix and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Finely chop the kale and stir into the sauce. Cook for a minute then remove from the heat.
Mix the spaghetti into the sauce, stir well, then sprinkle over a little parsley and serve
