Pre-heat oven to 180ºC
Add all of the ingredients for the kebabs into a bowl and use your hands to mix well until fully combined
Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts, then use your hands to mould each one into a long sausage shape
Stick the skewer into each one, then place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
If you are making a double dinner, place the 2nd set of kebabs into a freezable container and freeze until ready to use
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the kebabs over and bake for a further 10 minutes until they are cooked through
To make the yogurt dressing, simply mix the ingredients together in a bowl
To serve; place wrap onto a plate, sprinkle over a little lettuce, chopped tomato and sweet onion, place the kebabs on top then drizzle over a little sauce
