Recipe Notes & Tips

I buy fillets and grill, no salt, no pepper, I just pop under the grill until both sides are cooked, then leave to cool for paté or salads. Be careful of bones as it is a bony fish but they are easy to spot when you flake it up to use for a pate.
Store paté in the fridge and use within 3 days.
