A yummy, healthy treat for baby led weaning, especially for summer. This fruit pizza is full of goodness and a great way to get fruit into your little ones.
Add chopped strawberries and blueberries (I halved blueberries for smaller babies).
Spread over the mint leaves.
Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate sauce into a bowl and stir really well until it is smooth and creamy.
Drizzle the sauce over the melon, then cut into pizza slices and serve.

Recipe Notes & Tips
Yes this can be frozen! I made a few batches to test it out. Just place on a plate to freeze fully then cover with cling film and return to freezer to store easily. It is easy to cut even frozen and can be served as a healthy treat for summer days.
