Baby-led weaning creamy peanut butter and chocolate chia pudding. This healthy snack is great to cook with kids and toddlers.

Method

  • Add the coconut milk and 2 of the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth and silky.
  • I like this chia pudding smooth so I add the chia seeds to the blender and blend for a few moments until they are broken up. If you like yours with whole seeds just add the seeds and stir well.
  • Add the cacao and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir well until really combined.
  • Pour into little jars or bowls and leave in the fridge overnight until it is set.
  • The next morning add some sliced banana, a few dollops of peanut butter then sprinkle over the desiccated coconut.
  • This one’s messy but you can pre-load a spoon for smaller babies. It is a great way to get them used to eating with one πŸ™‚
