Baby-led weaning creamy peanut butter and chocolate chia pudding. This healthy snack is great to cook with kids and toddlers.
Add the coconut milk and 2 of the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth and silky.
I like this chia pudding smooth so I add the chia seeds to the blender and blend for a few moments until they are broken up. If you like yours with whole seeds just add the seeds and stir well.
Add the cacao and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir well until really combined.
Pour into little jars or bowls and leave in the fridge overnight until it is set.
The next morning add some sliced banana, a few dollops of peanut butter then sprinkle over the desiccated coconut.
This one’s messy but you can pre-load a spoon for smaller babies. It is a great way to get them used to eating with one π
