Method

  • How to make the Mango Gummies…Peel and de-seed the mango and then add to your blender along with the lemon juice and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth and silky with no lumps.When measured the mixture should roughly measure 1 cup. If it measures more leave the excess mixture aside.Pour the mango into a saucepan and heat just until it starts to bubble. It is important not to boil it as it destroys the important vitamin C, stir through to make sure the entire mixture is fully hot then remove from the heat.Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin and whisk slowly until it is completely dissolved.Pour into moulds and then place in the refrigerator until completely set.
  • How to make the Blackberry Gummies…Add the blackberries to your blender along with the lemon juice and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth and silky with no lumps.Pour the mixture through a sieve to remove the little seeds.Pour the blackberries into a saucepan and heat just until it starts to bubble. It is important not to boil it as it destroys the important vitamin C, stir through to make sure the entire mixture is fully hot then remove from the heat.Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin and whisk slowly until it is completely dissolved.Pour into moulds and then place in the refrigerator until completely set.
  • For Vegan GummiesDissolve the agar agar with your chosen flavour in a saucepan, then bring to the boil over a medium heat. Stir consistently boiling until the mixture becomes really thick. It is really important to boil agar until it becomes thick as it won’t set otherwise 😀 Pour into moulds and set in the fridge or freezer until solid. The pop out and enjoy!
