Add the stock to a saucepan and slowly heat. When it starts to bubble, add all of the ingredients except for the noodles, lime and parsley then cover with a lid and and simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Meanwhile, make the noodles as per the packs instructions and when cooked add a portion to each bowl.
Use a ladle to pour the soup and chicken over the noodles and then squeeze over a little lime juice.
Finely chop the parsley (stalks and all) and sprinkle over each bowl.
For babies who are not able to manage a spoon yet, pour the broth into a sippy cup and let them work on the noodles themselves.
