Vegan, dairy-free, and freezer friendly cheese sauce for baby led weaning. Make ahead and use on nachos, pasta, as a dip, top veggies or baked potatoes!
Blend all of the ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a pan and whisk gently while it heats. The sauce should start to thicken so make sure to keep whisking to prevent it turning lumpy.
Store in a jar in the fridge for one week or freeze.
Reheat in the microwave or add to a saucepan. You can thin it out with a little extra water if needed. Add one tablespoon at a time.
