Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until it forms into a sticky dough.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and using a dessert spoon press the mixture down until it is evenly spread.
Bake for 20 minutes until the oats have completely set, then remove from the oven and leave to cool fully.
Cut into baby sized fingers, roughly chip size and serve with a side of berries or yogurt.
