This Shamrock Shake recipe puts a healthy spin on a St. Patricks Day staple. I added a secret ingredient that really adds value (nutritional) to this shake.
Add the milk, banana, spinach, avocado and mint leaves to a blender and blend until smooth.
Stop the blender, then add the chocolate chips (if using) and pulse a few times until they are broken apart and smaller.
Pour into glasses, then top with a scoop of Greek yogurt and a drizzle of melted chocolate or finely chopped chocolate. Serve with a sprig of mint leaves on the top.
