Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4.
Put the oat flour, bananas, baking powder, nut butter and rapeseed oil into a bowl and stir until fully combined. You can also use a food processor to make your job a little easier. It should resemble a very soft dough.
Take about one tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a long finger shape. Use your thumb to press down at the top to make a fingernail shape and use a knife to add lines on the knuckles.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put a flaked almond into the indent for the fingernail.
Tear off a tiny piece from the end of each finger for dramatic effect. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
For the ‘blood’ (yummy jam), add the raspberries, cranberries and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth and silky. Serve in a bowl with the fingers. Remove the flaked almond before serving to little babies.
