If you are looking for Halloween party recipes, then these delicious Halloween corn of the dead ribs are scaringly perfect for you.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Carefully cut the corn into quarters. It is easier to start at the middle at work outwards.
  • Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and cumin and stir well. Then using a pastry brush to brush the spice mixture over the ribs. Roast for 12-15 minutes.
  • To make the sauce, mix together the yogurt, mayo, spices and lime juice.
