In a bowl mix the oats, flaxseed, desiccated coconut and chocolate together.
Mix the coconut milk, mashed banana, coconut yogurt and peanut butter then pour over the oats and stir well until the oats are completed mixed. (If serving to babies see note below)
Divide the mixture into serving jars for your toddler and adult portion. For adults if you want an extra yummy breakfast add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and stir. Then leave in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve; top with sliced banana and a drizzle of peanut butter, then add the chocolate shavings and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
For babies
After you have completed step 2, divide the mixture into a lightly oiled mini muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC until fully set. Cool, then serve with a dollop of coconut yogurt.
