Mix self-raising flour and yogurt in a bowl until it forms a dough.
Take a small amount of dough in your hands, roll into a circle (add a little flour to your hands to prevent sticking).
Using your hands, flatten the dough into circle shapes, then place it onto a dry frypan over high heat.
Cook until the bread starts to brown underneath then flip over and cook the other side.
Serve with a brush of melted butter, some garlic paste, and a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander.
