Add all of the ingredients for the Blissballs into a blender and blend until the nuts are completely broken up and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, then take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all of the mixture is used up.
To make the chocolate topping mix all of the ingredients together.
Dip the Blissballs into your choice of coatings – mango, desiccated coconut or chocolate.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours before eating.
