Add the milk and vegetables to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then pour in the vegetable mixture, sprinkle in a little black pepper and mix well.
Drizzle a little rapeseed oil into a pan over medium heat, then place the bread squares into the egg and vegetable mixture. Add to the pan when it is completely soaked through. (You might need to take it out of the bowl with a spatula to prevent the bread breaking apart.)
Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
To serve, load skewers with a mix of mango, French toast and strawberry.
Sprinkle over a little lemon zest and serve.
