Preheat oven to 160ºC.
Blitz the nuts in a blender until they become fine, pour into a bowl.
Add the dates and raisins to the bender and blitz until they form a sticky ball. Add to the bowl along with the remaining ingredients.
Stir well until it is fully combined.
Line a 20x20cm tray with parchment paper, empty in the mixture, then using a spoon press down well.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool fully before slicing into bars.
