A delicious couscous granola that is super low in sugar. Easy to make and is a nutritious toddler and baby snack recipe. Serve sprinkled over Greek yogurt!
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Spread the grated apples onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Take a separate baking tray lined with parchment and spread the oats, then add the apple and oats to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the apple has dried out and the oats are starting to brown slightly.
Meanwhile place the couscous and water into a pot and cook for around 5-6 minutes until soft. Drain and add to a large bowl along with all of the ingredients. Stir well until fully combined.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 15 more minutes until it has fully dried out and is crispy.
Cool fully before storing in a jar.
To serve, sprinkle over Greek yogurt and top with fresh raspberries.
