Ingredients


Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
  • Cut crusts from bread, then cut each slice in half. Roll with a rolling pin until flat, then brush over a little rapeseed oil each side. Bake for 10 minutes until crispy, then cool fully.
  • Meanwhile, add the frozen strawberries and banana along with the Greek Yogurt and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a loaf tin lined with cling film then stir in the fresh sliced strawberries.
  • Smooth the mixture out then freeze for 2 hours until it is solid.
  • Turn the tin upside down and slice into portions. Place the bread wafers each side and enjoy!
