Easy french toast recipe for baby led weaning that is so delicious you will probably eat it all yourself :D Get the recipe here.

Method

  • Start by slicing the baguette into small thin slices.
  • In a bowl mash the banana until it is smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, vanilla and milk and whisk until the eggs have fully broken up.
  • Place the bread into a large tray and pour over the egg mixture. Leave in the fridge until the bread has fully soaked up all of the liquid.
  • Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the bread slices until golden both sides.
  • Serve with fresh blueberries and for special weekends drizzle over just a little maple syrup.
