Delicious blueberry and coconut swirl smoothies are the perfect balance of fruit and veggies and perfectly smooth for little gums :)

Method

  • Start by making the vanilla part. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your babies cup and your glass.
  • Rinse out the blender and make the blueberry part. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and again blend until smooth.
  • Pour gently into the jar, cup or glass over the back of a dessert spoon so that it doesn’t mix totally with the vanilla mixture, then using a straw swirl it around just a couple of times.
  • Serve with a little extra blueberry compote on top and sprinkle with a little desiccated coconut.
  • Enjoy straight away!
