Your little ones are going to love these sweet potato and carrot baby bites, one of my favourite first foods for baby led weaning or infant led feeding. Easy to make and perfect for the freezer if you want to build up a stash of handy lunches or snacks to make life easy.

Your little ones are going to love these sweet potato and carrot baby bites. They are the perfect baby led weaning finger food and an easy air fryer recipe healthy too.

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until fully combined.
  • Sprinkle a little extra oat flour on a plate, then divide the mixture using a tablespoon. This helps them to not stick.
  • Place into the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 180ºC until golden and cooked through. Or place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice and a little sprinkle of fresh parsley.
