These baby bites are a blend of sweet potato and carrot, enriched with the goodness of oat flour. Airfryer Sweet Potato and Carrot Bites – The best finger food for babies.
Ingredients
- 180 g 3/4 cup mashed sweet potato
- 180 g 3/4 cup mashed carrot
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 90 g 1/2 cup oat flour (plus a little extra for dusting the plate)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until fully combined.
- Sprinkle a little extra oat flour on a plate, then divide the mixture using a tablespoon. This helps them to not stick.
- Place into the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 180ºC until golden and cooked through. Or place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Serve with a sauce of your choice and a little sprinkle of fresh parsley.
