I’m always trying to create the best recipe for healthy popsicles that the entire family will love, not just the baby and I think this might be the best one yet! This recipe is not only really delicious (of course!) Healthy homemade fruit popsicles made with a mix of berries and just FOUR other ingredients! This recipe is amazing to help babies who are teething too and will cool down their gums in no time!

The BEST recipe for Healthy Popsicles EVER!!!! When teething starts these are the perfect teething baby pops to have on hand ????

Method

  • Hull the strawberries, then add to a pan along with the raspberries and frozen summer berries. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon and add the vanilla.
  • Heat gently making sure not to boil. This is to ensure all the vitamins are kept to the maximum! Once the frozen fruit has softened remove from the heat, then take a fork and gently mash the fruit until it is broken down a little enough to still see pieces of the various berries. Remove from the heat and leave aside to cool.
  • Add the milk, yogurt and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour a little of the milk mixture into an ice pop mould filling 1/3 of the way up, add a tablespoon of the fruit mixture, then finish with the milk mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until fully set.
