2 Ingredients finger food
We know we have already mentioned this, but we just cant tell you how insanely delicious this bread tree is with just 2 ingredients, it is so easy to make and is 100% one of our favourite snacks for Christmas. The best part though is just how easy it is to make.
Flour and Yogurt! These 2 simple ingredients make the lightest, fluffiest, bread treat ever. Perfect, as I’m actually never buying bread again. EVER! The best part is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make it too!
- Flour: Self-rising flour is enriched with added nutrition such as calcium and Iron.
- Greek or thick natural yoghurt: Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut

How to make this 2 Ingredient Dough Pull and Share Christmas Tree Bread Recipe
It really is very simple. Just add your self-raising flour and yoghurt to a bowl. Keep stirring until it forms a dough mixture.
If it is too sticky add a little extra flour, one tablespoon at a time. If too try add yogurt, one tablespoon at a time. It all depends on the thickness of your yogurt. If the dough is too dry add a little extra yogurt. If the dough is too sticky add more flour one tablespoon at a time.
To add more flavour, try taking 2 cloves of garlic crushed and 6 sprigs thyme leaves. Add these into the mixture and mix well into the dough.
To form your Christmas Tree
Take your mixture and form little balls then roll them into circles. Form the balls into the shape of a Christmas tree, then add a little egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes, then cover the outside rolls in foil and place it back into the oven for a further 15 minutes until the inside rolls are browned.
To serve, brush over with some melted butter, finely chopped rosemary and thyme and a few sesame seeds.
